Self-care is very important when it comes to our mental, emotional, & physical well-being, yet it is often overlooked. To help clients remember to practice self-care, you can give them these cards to write down activities that they enjoy.
Examples of self-care:

- Watch a “feel-good” movie
- Watch the sunset
- Listen to a podcast on a topic that interests you
